With the right shade and a good application, only you will know. If you're unsure about the colour, we'll help you on WhatsApp.
How long do they last?
PREMIUM ones (tape-ins, SEAMLESS 4K tape-ins and keratin) last 12 to 24 months depending on colour and care. LOW COST ones (sewn weft and clip-in), 6 to 12 months. Virgin hair, 1 to 3 years.
Can I put them in myself?
Clip-ins, yes: you put them in and take them out in minutes. For tape-ins, keratin and sewn wefts we recommend having them fitted by a professional.
How do I choose my shade?
Choose the colour that matches your hair from mid-lengths to ends, not the root, which is always darker. If you're unsure, send us a photo in natural light on WhatsApp.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Shipping is free on all orders. We ship with FedEx or DHL, insured and with signature. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 days from dispatch, plus 1 working day for preparation, and we send you the tracking number.
Will I have to pay customs?
In the European Union, no: VAT and customs are on us. In all other countries, import taxes are paid by the recipient.
Can I return them?
Yes. You have 15 days from receiving your order, without giving any reason. Return shipping is at your expense and the product must come back unused. See the returns policy.
