How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Shipping is free on all orders. We ship with FedEx or DHL, insured and signed for. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 days from when the parcel leaves, plus 1 business day of preparation.
Will I have to pay customs?
In the European Union, no: VAT and customs are on us. In all other countries, import taxes are paid by whoever receives the parcel.
Can I return them?
Yes. You have 15 days from when you receive your order, with no explanation needed. Return shipping is at your expense and the product must be returned unused. See the returns policy.
How do I choose my shade?
Choose the color that matches your hair from mid-lengths to ends, not the root, which is always darker. If you have doubts, send us a photo of your hair in natural light on WhatsApp.
