4 Unexpected Advantages of wearing HAIR PROSTHESES

Today I wanted to talk about some of the unexpected advantages of wearing hair prostheses made of natural hair, since the obvious advantages are usually clear, such as feeling better, looking prettier and some others that are usually obvious, but in these 34 months that I have been using the hair topper, I have come across some advantages that I wasn't expecting and I wanted to share them with you.

The first advantage of using a hair prosthesis is that when spring - summer arrives, I have to start wearing a hat to protect my scalp, because I end up burning the skin on the top of my head. My mother, in fact, has the same alopecia problem as I do, and she has already had several moles removed, which is something that worries me.

I know there is a sunscreen for the scalp, but it leaves the hair very oily and it's not something I need with this problem that I have, so I put on the hat as soon as I see there are sun rays, but now that I have my hair prosthesis, I don't need it. I put on the topper and that already protects me, and for me that is a great advantage.

The truth is, I feel more comfortable wearing the topper than wearing the hat.

The second advantage of wearing a hair prosthesis is that sometimes you have to go out to pick up a package or you have a Zoom meeting and I'm not well groomed, but now with the topper, I find it very convenient since in a minute I have it on normally.

Before, I would make a parting and tie a ponytail at the back and go out as best I could, but I didn't feel very good.

The third advantage of wearing a hair topper is that now I'm not washing my own hair as often as before, since I have so much grease, sometimes even from morning to night, my hair already looked quite bad and I had to wash it very often or use dry shampoo to try to give it a little volume and make it more or less presentable.

Now it isn't necessary, because I put on my hair prosthesis, and it is an advantage for my own hair as I don't have to wash it as often as before and it can rest in some way.

And the last advantage of using hair prostheses, as is the case with my topper, I discovered recently when it was night and I was going out and it turns out my hair wasn't looking very good and I thought, well, I'll put on a hat to cover it, and suddenly I realized that no, I have the topper and I can put it on and not have to use a hat that I didn't want to go out with, since at night it looks a bit strange.

Well, these are some of the additional and unexpected advantages I have found, which have made my life much easier in those different situations.
