I use a hair prosthesis, which is a topper, but today I wanted to show some of the things you can do to try to hide the hair loss a little, so that it isn't so noticeable and even give a little volume to the hair

DRY SHAMPOO

This is an option that I like a lot. When I use it, I usually choose the Batiste dry shampoo, since it comes in different scents and also in different colors and is very well priced.

When dry shampoo appeared, at least from what I saw the first time, it was a white powder that comes out like a spray and what it does is absorb the grease.

For women with androgenic alopecia, like me, who always have a very greasy feeling in our hair, dry shampoo is a very good option, for those days when you don't want to wash your hair, because most of us have to wash our hair every day.

It has happened to me that if I washed it in the morning and at night I have to go somewhere, sometimes I have washed it again, that is, up to twice a day.

With dry shampoo we manage to alternate a little, because it gives the feeling of clean hair quickly and the advantage in cases like Batiste dry shampoo is that, since it has color, it gives a little color to the scalp.

HAIR FIBERS

TOPPIK hair fibers are the ones I have used, although there are other brands of course. Hair fibers are a slightly more expensive product, but I have to say that it lasts a very long time, so it is a purchase that works out at a good price.

Hair fibers are little powders that cling to your hair. By clinging, they make or give the feeling that your hair is a little thicker and as a result, gives more volume.

The areas I show you in the following photos are areas where using hair fibers helped me a lot before using my hair prosthesis.

For a long time I used the hair fibers without a sprayer, but lately I have had to buy one, because it is much more useful for directing it to certain areas with more precision and also it doesn't pile up so much in the same place.

Even though I have the hair prosthesis, I still use it from time to time at moments when I don't want to wear it for whatever reason and it is something that turns out to be very practical.

When you wash your hair all the residue goes away and the only thing you should keep in mind is that if you go to sleep with the hair fibers on, you may end up with a stained pillowcase.

It is a quite useful and quick resource to hide thinning spots, receding temples and it is quite practical, because, besides, the fibers can be used together with the hair prosthesis.

WHY DO I USE A HAIR PROSTHESIS?

Well, there comes a time when I also got tired and for me, the hair topper turns out to be much more practical, of course, it is not a perfect solution, in fact there is no solution to female alopecia, but it is something that I find much more comfortable.

Not having to think, today I have to wash my hair, I have to rush out, I have to put fibers on it, today it was my turn to wash and I have no time, I have to go out with a hat or a scarf etc. is something I avoid with my natural hair topper.

The hair prosthesis is always ready, I put it on and it will always look better than my own hair, so it is a different option for when you have gotten tired of hair fibers or Dry shampoo
