This is what DID NOT work for me:

1. I stopped experimenting with home remedies, biotin, minerals, shampoos... I have also boiled thyme, applied aloe vera to my scalp, massaged myself with castor oil, in the end I have spent my money and my energy and I feel disappointed because none of this fixed my problem.
2. Second, I no longer spend money on medical treatments because they are usually quite expensive and they don't give you a guarantee either. They could even have unwanted side effects.
3. Third, I got rid of hair fibers and colored dry shampoos that don't completely hide the hair loss. You end up with pillows and towels totally stained and you fear it will start to rain.
4. Lastly, enjoying hats, beanies, scarves as accessories to my look, not as a way of covering up my lack of hair.

This is what DID work for me:

1. First, accepting that I have a genetic condition that cannot be fixed, but it's okay, you are not the only one.
2. Second, understanding that it is more realistic and practical to cover it up than to try to fix the hair loss problem.
3. Third, admitting that just as people wear heels if they are short, or wear makeup because they got up looking tired, you can also add hair to your organic hair and it's okay.

The result of accepting all this in my case has been that I feel better, I feel younger, prettier, I can appear in a video like this and I want to help other women because I understand that it has transformed me.

I feel more confident in social, work and even family settings.
